- Embarkation at Port of Marina Bay Cruise Centre, Singapore on the first sailing date; disembark at Port of Marina Bay Cruise Centre, Singapore on the last sailing date.
- Price includes:
- Cruise onboard including accommodation, meals, entertainment & access to facilities.
- Non-commissionable cruise fare (“NCCF”)
- Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses (“TFPE”) HKD369 per person per stay, and Gratuities HKD126 per person per night * Those amounts are subject to change by the Cruise Line. Cathay Holidays Limited reserves the right to charge customers any difference resulting from revised tax rates.

- Priced Food & Beverage items, Cruise Fuel Surcharges (if applicable), Cruise Insurance Premium (if applicable)

- Cancellation policies:
- Special Cancellation Policies apply (Refer below), General Cancellation & Amendment Terms are not applicable to this product.
- From the date of purchased - 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- 120 days or less before the sailing date – 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- Passengers’ full name as shown on travel document is required at the time of booking. Amendment will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and / or incurring amendment fees.
- Passengers’ passport validity is required to have at least 6 months prior the return date and valid travelling visa(s) is granted. Cruise Company and her booking agencies and representatives will not be liable for any consequences due to visa or passport issues.
- Passengers accept full responsibility for all losses and expenses due to “Reasons beyond control”. Cruise line and Cathay Holidays Limited will not be liable for any consequences. (“Reasons beyond control” means hostilities, political unrest, natural disasters, pestilences, bad weather, technical problems to transport, changes to the frequency or timetable of any means of conveyance by its operator without advance notice, strikes, industrial action, etc.)
- The price for chargeable or priced items onboard are subject to change without prior notice.
- Cruise Company reserves the right to upgrade the guests to higher Stateroom category accommodations without additional cost.
- The cabin number, deck and location will be distributed by the cruise company's system. Requests cannot be made and will be issued by the cruise company. The final arrangement shall prevail. Guests cannot change or object to the cabin number, deck and location allocated.
- Cruise Company reserves the right to change itinerary, timing of all embarkations/disembarkations due to weather conditions or specific reasons. All of the changes will not be considered as against “The Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Chapter 362, Laws of Hong Kong”. Passengers shall not make claim against Cruise Company and the Cathay Holidays Limited for any recovery or compensation.

- All the charges on the cruise are settled in US dollars.
- Infants under 1 year old (calculated on the day of boarding) are not allowed to board the cruise.
- Pregnant women who are 24 weeks pregnant or above (calculated as the date of departure) are not allowed to board the cruise. Guests who are 20-23 weeks pregnant are required to present a doctor's certificate.
- HK Travel Industry Authority recommends passenger to take out the travel insurance before the journey.
- The above Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Cruise Company and Cathay Holidays Limited reserves the rights to alter the terms & conditions and make final decision in case of any disputes.

- Members must book the Package via www.cathaypacific.com to be eligible to earn the Offer.
- Only the first guest listed in the booking is eligible to earn the Offer and Asia Miles. The member's Cathay membership number must be entered during the reservation process. The Offer and Asia Miles cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the Disney Adventure.
- The total Asia Miles earned will be displayed in the booking process when booking Disney Adventure.
- The final number of Asia Miles awarded will depend on whether the member's checkout date is within the Travel Period to be eligible for the Offer and Asia Miles.
- Disney Adventure benefits are subject to availability.
- The Offer contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances.

- The voucher code (“Code”) is issued by Cathay Holidays Limited (“us” or “we”).
- The Code is only applicable to flights + hotel package (“Package”) purchase fulfilling below criteria.
- The Codes are valid only for qualifying purchases made online through www.cathaypacific.com at the time of purchase, and cannot be claimed after you have confirmed your booking. The Codes are not applicable for purchases made on Cathay Holidays powered by Expedia.
- Maximum one Code can be applied on each Package booking.
- The Code entitles you the voucher value off the Package price which includes airfare on any Cathay Pacific operated flights, and all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels or travel extras suppliers.
- If the Package value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited.
- Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.
- The Code contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Code cannot be transferred or sold. The Code obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
