    1. The voucher code (“Code”) is issued by Cathay Holidays Limited (“us” or “we”). 
      本優惠券編碼（「編碼」）是由國泰假期有限公司（「我們」）發出。 
    2. The Code is only applicable to Flights + hotels package (“Package”) purchase fulfilling below criteria.  
      本編碼只適用於符合以下條件之機票連酒店套票(「旅遊套票」) 預訂。

    3. The Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made online through http://www.cathaypacific.com at the time of purchase, and cannot be claimed after you have confirmed your booking.  
      本編碼只適用於合資格之訂購。顧客必須於 http://www.cathaypacific.com 訂購旅遊套票時輸入。訂購一經確定，優惠券編碼不能取消或後補。
    4. Maximum one Code can be applied on each Package booking.  
      每次預訂旅遊套票只可以應用一個編碼。
    5. The Code entitles you the bonus miles and voucher value off the Package price which includes airfare on any Cathay Pacific operated flights, and all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels or travel extras suppliers.
      本編碼所獲得的獎勵里數及優惠券價值適用於旅遊套票的基本價錢及相關稅項或額外費用，但必須於同一網上交易同時使用。編碼不適用於扣減其他可能收費，包括若干服務的「度假費」、選擇性的消費相關成本，以及酒店或增值選項供應商向您直接收取的任何其他費用。  
    6. If the Package value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited.
      如訂購之旅遊套票價值少於本編碼價值，剩餘金額將被視作放棄。
    7. Only the first guest listed in the booking is eligible to earn bonus Asia Miles. The member’s Asia Miles membership number must be entered during the reservation process. Bonus Miles cannot be claimed retrospectively.
      額外里數只適用於每個合資格預訂的首位旅客，會員的「亞洲萬里通」會員號碼必須在預訂過程中輸入。 獎勵里數不能追溯申領。
    8. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the eligible stay, and each member will be entitled to the bonus miles for one time only.
      「亞洲萬里通」里數將於會員完成每次認可住宿後6至8星期內存入其賬戶，並且每位會員只有一次獲得額外里數的資格。
    9. The final number of Asia Miles awarded will depend on whether the member’s checkout date is within the Travel Period to be eligible for Bonus Miles. 
      最終的獎勵里數將取決於會員是否在住宿期完成住宿。
    10. Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.
      旅遊套票包含之機位，酒店客房及酒店優惠須視乎供應情況而定。
    11. The Code contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Code cannot be transferred or sold.  The Code obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
      本編碼不含現金價值，在任何情况下亦不能贖回或兌換現金。本編碼不得轉讓或出售，一旦遺失或被盜取亦不設替換。  
    12. We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.
      我們保留最終決定權及更改所有關於編碼的權利。任何網站故障、優惠券誤差、任何電腦及通訊等設施故障、服務上之任何不足，以及因電郵或其他原因而導致之損失或損害，我們就上述情況一概不承擔任何責任。
    13. Package is provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (License No. 352024), and not by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”). Package may include air tickets for Cathay Pacific flights.
      旅遊套票由國泰假期有限公司（牌照號碼: 352024）提供，並非由國泰航空有限公司（「國泰航空」）提供。旅遊套票可能包含國泰航空營運的機票。
    14. Other Cathay Pacific, Cathay Holidays and Asia Miles terms and conditions applied.
      須受其他國泰航空、國泰假期和亞洲萬里通之條款及細則約束。
    15. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
      如本通知的英文版本與其他譯本有任何歧異，一概以英文版本為準。
