Terms & Conditions:

All trips must be booked via Uber and dispatched by the fleet partners using Uber App.  

This promotion and information is provided by the fleet partners using Uber App. 

1. The promotion is valid from 1 October 2023 until 31 December 2023 (both dates inclusive) or until all available Asia Miles have been awarded.

2. To participate, an Uber app user must enter promo code【AMUBER23】to opt-in this promotion, then link his/her Cathay membership account with his/her Uber account by completing a registration form and providing all the required information, including his/her Cathay membership number and phone number (which must be a valid number and the same as the user’s number registered with Uber) during the campaign period. All eligible airport and Business Comfort trips can earn Asia Miles (see clause 3).  

3. This promotion is only valid for designated airport and Business Comfort trips in Taiwan as follows:

• Earn 100 for each completed trip to designated airports (Taipei Songshan Airport, Taichung International Airport, Tainan Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport).
• iEarn200 for each completed trip to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
• Earn 25 for each completed Business Comfort trip.
• Earn 125 for each completed Business Comfort trip to designated airports (Taipei Songshan Airport, Taichung International Airport, Tainan Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport).
• Earn 225 for each completed Business Comfort trip to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.

4. All trips must be booked via Uber and dispatched by a fleet partner using the Uber app.

5. By completing and submitting the registration form, members confirm their consent to the use of their personal data according to Uber’s privacy policy for the purpose of carrying out this promotion.

6. Asia Miles will be awarded to eligible Users on a first-come, first-served basis. If more than one trip is eligible to earn Asia Miles at the same time, miles will be given priority to the eligible user who submits their registration form earliest.

7. Asia Miles will be calculated at the end of each month during the promotion period (postponed in case of public holidays) and credited to the eligible Asia Miles member account within the first 10 working days of the following month. For example, if the promotion starts in October, the qualifying trips and miles for the month are settled on 31 October, and the miles will be credited to the eligible members’ account by 14 November.

8. Airport and Business Comfort trips must start and be completed during the promotion period to be eligible for earning Asia Miles. Miles cannot be earned on cancelled trips.

9. Members may only have one Uber account. Uber may suspend the user's account and disqualify the user if Uber has reasonable grounds to suspect that the user is creating fraudulent accounts and violating Uber’s Terms and Conditions and/or Community Guidelines.

10. The decision of Cathay Pacific Airways, Asia Miles by Cathay and Uber shall be final on all disputes relating to the promotion.
