3. The Codes are valid only for qualifying purchases made online through http://www.cathaypacific.com at the time of purchase, and cannot be claimed after you have confirmed your booking.  

4. Maximum one Code can be applied on each Package booking.  

5. The Codes entitle you the voucher value off the Package price which includes airfare on any Cathay Pacific operated flights, and all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels or travel extras suppliers.  

6. If the Package value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited.  

7. Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.  

8. The Codes contain no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Codes cannot be transferred or sold.  The Codes obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.  

9. We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Codes. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means. 

10. Cathay Holidays Limited terms and conditions apply.  

11. Package is provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (License No. 352024), and not by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”). Package may include air tickets for Cathay Pacific flights.  

12. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.

2. The offer is applicable to all Cathay members.  

3. The Coupon can only be used when member’s account has sufficient miles of the booking before the Coupon discount.  

4. 5. For avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a member making a booking directly on the Website, and cannot be used through or by a third party.  

6. Only one Coupon per transaction may be used and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using coupon code. In a multiple-room booking, the Discount may be evenly applied to multiple-room.  

7. The Coupon is only valid for new online booking created on Website and is not transferable, any subsequent bookings (includes top up miles, modification) will not be able to entitle the offer.  

8. The Coupon cannot be used for any booking previously made.  The Coupon has no miles value and no refunds or miles alternative will be offered.  

9. Improper use of the Coupon including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Coupon is prohibited, will result in the voiding of the Coupon, and may constitute fraud.  

10. If Asia Miles Travel Services Limited (“AMTSL”) becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in AMTSL reasonable opinion), that a member: (a) made multiple bookings using the Coupon with a view to re-selling any Hotels, Car Rental and Travel Experiences; or (b) otherwise engaged in conduct which impacts on the fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, AMTSL may, in its absolute discretion, cancel all bookings made by the member using the Coupon without giving any reasons thereon.  

11. AMTSL reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. AMTSL's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.  

12. Other Asia Miles Travel Services Limited terms and conditions apply.  

13. In case of disputes arising out of the offer, the decision of AMTSL shall be final binding.
