Important notes

1. Refund, compensation or alternative hotel stay would not be arranged for the glamping package in the event of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters such as typhoons, heavy rain, or earthquakes.
2. In the event of any conflicts between English version and the others, the English version prevails.

Sauna Terms of Use

1. TOTONOI has established rules for the safe and comfortable use of the sauna.
2. The following rules must be followed to use the sauna safely and comfortably.
3. TOTONOI may stop your use of the facilities during the hours of use if you do not abide by these rules. Please understand that TOTONOI may refuse any future reservations (use).
4. In the event of an accident or damage to the facilities, TOTONOI may ask you to pay for the damage
   
   • For your safety
     1. Refrain from using the sauna if you are not feeling well or have consumed alcohol.
     2.  If you are clearly intoxicated at the reception desk, you will not be allowed to use the sauna.
     3. Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna room.
     4. Do not wear jewelry or accessories in the sauna room as it may cause burns.
     5. Remove jewelry or accessories from the sauna room to avoid burns.
   • Use of the sauna
     1. Wash your body in the shower before entering the sauna room after taking a bath or outdoor air bath.
     2. Do not bring electronic devices such as cell phones and smartwatches into the sauna room.
     3. The facility will not be responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by electronic devices brought into the sauna room.
     4. Wear a bathing suit when using the sauna.
     5. Be careful not to burn yourself when water is poured on the sauna stones (wax).
     6. Use only 1 to 2 cups of water per ladle at a time.
     7. Smoking is not permitted in the building. If you smoke, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
   • Sauna usage age
     1. The Sauna is available for guests aged 12 and above.

Damage, defacement, or destruction of facilities

1. Contact our staff immediately if you find any damage or defacement of the facility before use.
2. You will be billed for the repair cost, etc. and will not be allowed to use the facility in the future if you find any damage, stain, or destruction that cannot be expected under normal use. Please understand this in advance.
3. Do not do anything that may cause inconvenience to others.
4. Do not disturb public morals.
5. No one with a contagious disease is allowed to bathe.
6. Persons with tattoos are not allowed to enter the facility.
7. TOTONOI will immediately prohibit the use of facilities if any violence, threats, extortion, coercive unreasonable demands or similar acts are recognized.
8. TOTONOI will immediately refuse your use if you are unable to secure your own safety due to mental or physical exhaustion, loss of self due to drugs, etc., or if you are deemed to be a danger or a threat to other glamping guests.
9. TOTONOI will immediately refuse your use of the glamping site if there is a risk that you may cause serious inconvenience to other guests or to the public order.
10. TOTONOI will immediately refuse the use of the facility if there is a possibility of causing a nuisance to other guests.
