    Terms and Conditions
    1. The New Year with bonus miles promotion offer ("Offer") allows you to earn bonus miles in addition to the standard Asia Miles earned when booking Stays and Packages (“Eligible Bookings”).     2. The Offer is applicable when purchase fulfilling below criteria.    
      Book Period: Until 31 January 2025 (local time)
      Travel Period:  Until 30 June 2025 (local time)
      Destination:  ​Hong Kong
      Minimum Length of Stay for Hotel: 3 Nights (consecutive) 
    3. A maximum of 12,000 Asia Miles inclusive of standard Asia Miles and the Offer can be earned in a single transaction.
    4. Members must make the Eligible Bookings via www.cathaypacific.com to be eligible to earn the Offer. 
    5. Only the first guest listed in the booking is eligible to earn the Offer and bonus Asia Miles. The member’s Cathay membership number must be entered during the reservation process. The Offer and bonus Asia Miles cannot be claimed retrospectively.  
    6. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the Eligible Bookings.   
    7. The total Asia Miles displayed in the booking process are inclusive of the Offer and the standard Asia Miles earned. 
    8. The final number of Asia Miles awarded will depend on whether the member’s checkout date is within the Travel Period to be eligible for the Offer and bonus Asia Miles.   
    9. Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.    
    10. This Offer is applicable to base fares only. Other fees and charges, including but not limited to local government taxes, service charges, food & beverage or room service charges are excluded. 
    11. The Offer contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances.   
    12. We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Offer. We shall have no liability for any website failure, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.    
    13. For purchases made in Hong Kong SAR and United Kingdom, package offers are provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (“CHL”). For purchases made in Japan, package offers are provided by Cathay Pacific Holidays Japan Limited (“CHJ”). For purchases made in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Chinese Mainland, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore, package offers are provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“CPA”). For purchases made in Korea, package offers are provided by NAEIL Tour Co.,Ltd. (“NAEIL Tour”).      
    14. Asia Miles Limited (“AML”), CHL, CHJ, CPA and NAEIL Tour reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of AML, CHL, CHJ and CPA.  
    15. Other AML, CHL, CHJ, CPA and NAEIL Tour terms and conditions applied. 
    16. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
