    1. The itinerary is collaboratively designed by Cathay Holidays (‘Company’) and Intriq Journey. All tour arrangements and services are provided by Intriq Journey.
    2. This tour only accepts participants who are 18 years old or above.
    3. Tour is non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferrable. Full charge for cancellation.
    4. If the number of people is less than 10 or there are special circumstances beyond the scope of travel control, the Company reserves the right to cancel the group.
    5. Domestic flights include one piece of checked baggage (20kg) and one piece of hand-carry baggage (5kg).
    6. Cathay Pacific air tickets included in this package are issued under designated fare subclasses for group travel: G Class for Economy and I Class for Business. These tickets are governed by the terms and conditions applicable to group fares, which may differ from individual fare rules.
    7. Shangri-la and Meili are approximately 3,400m above sea level, where altitude sickness may occur. Guests should assess their physical fitness before booking.
    8. Filming and photography may be conducted throughout the tour and may be used in Cathay and/or Cathay-related channels, communications and for other marketing purposes.
    9. For individuals or odd-numbered participants (such as three people) registering (counted as occupying a room), an additional single room surcharge will be required.
    10. According to the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC), it is recommended that all outbound travelers purchase appropriate travel insurance. The safety of our customers is paramount, and we strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance, with a minimum medical coverage of HKD1,000,000 or above.
    11. The tour leader may arrange sightseeing time and order according to the actual situation.
    12. All natural attractions cannot be guaranteed to be seen on every tour. We appreciate your understanding.
    13. Intriq Journey reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries for the interests of tour members or due to any other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or other local conditions. If the cancellation of an activity involves tickets, refunds will be made to customers based on the group ticket price provided by the service provider.
    14. Hotels and room regulations vary in different countries and regions. Room facilities and arrangements are subject to the local ground operator and hotel availability. For example, in remote areas, specialty hotels, snowy mountains, highlands, ski resorts, castles, or converted heritage sites, the sizes of rooms may vary, and it cannot be guaranteed that all guests in the same tour will be accommodated in the same type of room. Room assignments are based on the regulations of hotels in each country and region. Customers may not request to withdraw from the tour or seek any compensation based on room allocations and differences.
    15. If the promotional leaflets, travel brochures, and itineraries do not include tickets, admission, or in-person visits, the listed attractions or locations will have the opportunity to be viewed from the outside, overlooking, or passing by.
    16. Company and Intriq Journey assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or properties. Guests are to understand all inherent risks of overseas travel and touring. When participating in various activities, customers must take into consideration their personal physical condition, environment, weather, activity content, and follow the instructions and arrangements of the service personnel. If customers choose not to participate in any activities during the itinerary for personal reasons, the related activity fees will not be refunded.
    17. The Company and Intriq Journey are to be released from all liabilities deriving from acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts, travel advisory and any other factors beyond the company’s control.
    18. In accordance with the guidelines of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong, under compelling circumstances as outlined in Article 223, these include war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, technical issues with transportation, temporary changes in schedules by transportation operators, strikes and industrial actions, travel advisories issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR government, and other unfavorable situations beyond the control of the industry that may affect outbound travel for passengers.
    19. According to Article 223 of the guidelines, under compelling circumstances, the Company and Intriq Journey may cancel the tour before departure or modify, extend, or substitute any items during the journey based on the actual situation. Customers agree to and accept this arrangement. Any additional expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the customers locally. Otherwise, the Company and Intriq Journey reserves the right to make no arrangements and to pursue the recovery of relevant expenses. Any losses incurred are not the responsibility of the Company and Intriq Journey. Customers may not seek compensation, object, or withdraw from the tour on such grounds. However, the Company and Intriq Journey will still make every effort to seek refunds (if any) from service providers on behalf of customers. If changes to the itinerary result in reduced operating costs, the refund of the reduced cost proportion will be processed within seven working days after returning to Hong Kong. In the event of tour cancellation before departure, refund or tour transfer arrangements will be made in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong. Intriq Journey reserves the right to charge customers a handling fee ranging from HKD800 to 2,000 per person, depending on the tour type, and a ticket refund fee (if applicable) during the relevant procedures. After deducting the handling fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to customers using the original payment method.
    20. The photos, images, shooting locations, seasons, and times shown in the itinerary schedules and promotional advertisements may vary. All pictures or special features are for reference only and cannot be used as a basis for claiming compensation or asserting claims based on the depicted attractions.
    21. Any promotions or price are subject to change without prior notice.
    22. Prior to departure, guests are required to arrange their visas (if applicable). In the event that a guest is denied entry to any country along the way due to personal reasons, the Company and Intriq Journey will not be held responsible. The guest will be solely responsible for any additional expenses incurred for accommodation, transportation, and other arrangements. Furthermore, no compensation will be provided for any abandoned portions of the itinerary.
    23. The Company and Intriq Journey reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
    24. According to the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong Ordinance, Article 223, regarding "Cancellation of Tours by Members due to Force Majeure," travel agencies may charge a handling fee of HKD800-2000 per person (depending on the location and type of tour) and a ticket refund fee (if applicable) when processing refunds for tour members. The entire refund process typically takes about 7-20 working days, depending on the actual circumstances. (If applicable).     25. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Company and Intriq Journey shall be final.
    26. Other Cathay Holidays terms and conditions apply.
    27. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    1. The Asia Miles offer ("Offer") allows you to earn 30,000 miles when booking “Wine, Dine and Wonder” tour package (“Tour”).
    2. Members must book the Tour via www.cathaypacific.com to be eligible to earn the Offer.
    3. Only the first guest listed in the booking is eligible to earn the Offer. The member’s Cathay membership number must be provided during the reservation process. The Offer cannot be claimed retrospectively.
    4. Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the Tour.
    5. The total Asia Miles displayed in the booking process are the overall amount of Asia Miles earned when booking Tour.
    6. The Tour is subject to availability.
    7. The Offer contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances.
    8. We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Offer. We shall have no liability for any website failure, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.
    9. Asia Miles Limited (“AML”), CHL and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited ("CPA") reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of AML, CHL and CPA.
