优惠券编码（「编码」）是由国泰假期有限公司（「我们」）发出。
The voucher code (“Code”) is issued by Cathay Holidays Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“CPA”) (“us” or “we”).     

编码只适用于符合以下条件之机票连酒店套票（「旅游套票」）预订。
The Code is only applicable to Flights + Hotels package (“Package”) purchase fulfilling below criteria.

编码只适用于合资格之订购。 顾客必须于 http://www.cathaypacific.com 订购旅游套票时输入。 订购一经确定，优惠券编码不能取消或后补。
The Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made online through http://www.cathaypacific.com at the time of purchase, and cannot be claimed after you have confirmed your booking.     

每次预订旅游套票只可以应用一个编码。
Maximum one Code can be applied on each Package booking.  .    

优惠不能合并使用。
Offers are non-combinable.     

编码所获得的优惠券价值适用于旅游套票的基本价钱及相关税项或额外费用，但必须于同一网上交易同时使用。 编码不适用于扣减其他可能收费，包括若干服务的「度假费」、选择性的消费相关成本，以及酒店或增值选项供应商向您直接收取的任何其他费用。
The Code entitles you the voucher value off the Package price which may include airfare on any Cathay Pacific operated flights, and all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels or travel extras suppliers.  

如订购之旅游套票价值少于编码价值，剩余金额将被视作放弃。
If the Package value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited. 

旅游套票包含之机位，酒店客房及酒店优惠须视乎供应情况而定。
Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.  .

编码不含现金价值，在任何情况下亦不能赎回或兑换现金。 编码不得转让或出售，一旦遗失或被盗取亦不设替换。
The Code contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Code cannot be transferred or sold.  The Code obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.   

我们保留最终决定权及更改所有关于编码的权利。 任何网站故障、优惠券误差、任何电脑及通讯等设施故障、服务上之任何不足，以及因电邮或其他原因而导致之损失或损害，我们就上述情况一概不承担任何责任。
We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.

旅游套票由国泰假期有限公司（牌照号码： 352024）提供，该公司是香港注册的旅行社，并非由国泰航空有限公司（「国泰航空」）提供。 旅游套票可能包含国泰航空营运的机票。
Package is provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (License No. 352024), registered travel agent in Hong Kong and not by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”). Package may include air tickets for Cathay Pacific flights.

如本通知的英文版本与其他译本有任何歧异，一概以英文版本为准。
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
