- Details about the half-day glamping experience in Guangzhou ("Glamping Experience"):
- The redemption code ("Redemption Code") for the Glamping Experience will be sent to the customer's email between 3 October and 6 October, 2023.
- The redemption period of the Glamping Experience will be from 9 October to 31 December, 2023, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Customers must email to eva.wu@otype.com at least three days in advanced to make a reservation for the Glamping Experience and provide the Redemption Code, customer names, reservation date, number of participants, contact phone number etc. for the reservation and confirmation.
- Each glamping site can accommodate up to 8 people, and those without reservations are not allowed to enter the glamping area.
- Once the date and time of Glamping Experience is confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be allowed. The Redemption Code will be void when it is expired.
- Glamping site details:
- Name: Yun Ye Jian GLAMPING

- Opening hours: 3 pm to 10 pm daily
- Package details: Half-day use of Cathay’s exclusive tent, including barbecue food for three people
- Glamping site facilities: tent, canopies, tables and chairs, air conditioning in tent, fans, etc.
- Recreational facilities: archery, water golf, frisbee, badminton, board games. Other activities will depend on the glamping site’s arrangement on the day, or at an additional cost.

- The Glamping Experience does not include overnight service.
- If the Hotel reservation is changed or cancelled, subject to terms and conditions, the Redemption Code will be invalidated, and Cathay Holidays Limited will charge HKD 2,000 for any confirmed Glamping Experience.

- The redemption code ("Redemption Code") for the Glamping Experience will be sent to the customer's email between 3 October and 6 October, 2023.
- Maximum one Code can be applied on each Hotel booking.
- Offers are non-combinable.
- The Codes entitle you the voucher value off the Hotel price which includes all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels suppliers.
- If the Hotel value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited.
- Rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.
- The Codes contain no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Codes cannot be transferred or sold. The Codes obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
