Rising from a lineage of culinary luminaries, chef Alain Roux spent remarkable 38 years at the helm of acclaimed The Waterside Inn in Berkshire, England, the only French restaurant outside of France to ever receive 3 Michelin stars and maintain this long-running recognition to this day. Taking over the institutional fine-dining restaurant Le Normandie, of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in 2021 which has held 2 Michelin stars since 2018.
In celebration of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong’s 60th Anniversary, embark on an elevated Michelin dining experiences by esteemed chefs from overseas. We have successfully introduced the gastronomic experience in May with Chef Antonio Guida from Seta restaurant of Mandarin Oriental, Milan.
