   Each The Mystery Keycard package contains return flight tickets for 2 persons in Economy Class from Hong Kong to selected destination, two-night hotel stay (“Hotel Stay”) for two persons in a room at selected destination, and one (1) chance to participate in a game (“Game”) to exchange to a hotel stay of equivalent or higher category.

   Flights, Hotel Stay and benefits are subject to availability. Eligible flight travel departure period and hotel stay period may vary, and black-out dates may apply. Please refer to the above offer details of “The Mystery Keycard” Travel Package.
7. 我們無法保證遊戲中可包含特定的酒店選項。 
   We cannot guarantee specific hotel items in the Game. 
8. 機票預訂將根據此指定票價子艙位而定： Q 級別經濟客艙輕便票價，並受限制時期及座位供應約束。分配予特定航班的指定票價子艙位之座位數目各有不同，雖然相同客艙旅遊客艙級別中的其他票價子艙位仍有座位，但有關子艙位的預訂可能已經滿額。
   Air tickets are on a bookable basis under this designated fare subclass: Q Class Economy Light Brand, and are subject to embargo periods and seat availability. There are variations to the number of seats for the designated fare subclass that are allocated to a particular flight, and it could be fully booked although seats may still be available in other fare subclasses in the same cabin class of travel.

   Customers must purchase The Mystery Keycard travel package via designated link and and present the booking confirmation on the same day of purchase to participate in the Game and redeem the travel packageHotel Stay at specific period and venue in below (“Period and Venue”): 
   Redemption period: 20 February 11:00am HKT – 23 February 2025 20:00pm HKT

10. 若未能於指定期限及地點兌換，將被視作放棄此優惠。 
    Offer will be considered as forfeited if it is not redeemed at specified Period and Venue. 
    
11. 遊戲結果會於當場公佈，遊戲揭曉後的酒店住宿將視為最終結果，不可退換。
    The Game result of Hotel Stay will be announced at the Venue. Hotel Stay will be final after the Game result is revealed, which is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 
12. 已選目的地的雙人香港出發來回經濟客位機票及兩晚酒店住宿將以書面優惠券編碼禮券代碼 (「編碼代碼」) 形式顯示於每個對應的「神秘房卡」旅遊套票優惠套票中，並附有預訂「機票＋酒店」套票的專屬連結。 顧客必須於2025 年 2 月 28 日晚上 11時59分 (香港時間) 或之前透過專屬連結，並使用編碼禮券代碼完成「機票＋酒店」套票預訂。
    The “Flight + Hotel” package with return flights from Hong Kong to selected destination in Economy Class for 2 persons and two-night Hotel Stay will be presented as written voucher codes (“Code”) in each corresponding offer, together with a dedicated link for package hotel reservation. Customers must apply the Code(s) and complete the hotel reservation via the dedicated link by 28 February 2025 11:59pm HKT. 
13. 預訂確認後，「機票＋酒店」套票不能更改及退款。
    The “Flight + Hotel” package is non-amenable and non-refundable after the booking is confirmed.
14. 若於2025 年 2 月 28 日晚上 11:59  (香港時間) 或之前仍未使用編碼代碼進行兌換，該編碼代碼將隨即作廢。
    The Code will be considered as forfeited if it is not redeemed by 28 February 2025 11:59pm HKT.
15. 每個編碼代碼只能使用一次，並會於成功預訂後失效。
    The Code can only be used once and will expire once a qualifying booking has been made using the Code.
16. 每次「機票＋酒店」套票預訂只限使用一個編碼代碼。
    Maximum one Code can be applied on each “Flight + Hotel” package reservation.
17. 編碼代碼不適用於扣減其他潛在收費，包括若干服務的「度假費」、選擇性的消費相關成本，以及酒店供應商向顧客直接收取的任何其他費用。
    The Code cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to customers by, and/or payable directly by customers to, the hotels suppliers.  
18. 顧客必須於預訂「機票＋酒店」套票酒店時輸入國泰會員號碼，方可賺取「神秘房卡」旅遊套票優惠套票內的2,000「亞洲萬里通」里數。 里數只適用於每個合資格預訂的首位旅客。里數不能追溯申領。
    For miles crediting purpose of the 2,000 Asia Miles included in The Mystery Keycard package, customers must enter the Cathay membership number during the “Flight + Hotel” package reservation process. Only the first guest listed in the booking is eligible to earn the Asia Miles. The Asia Miles cannot be claimed retrospectively.   
19. 「亞洲萬里通」里數將於2025年4月30日或之前存入會員賬戶。
    Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account by 30 April 2025.
20. 優惠不可與其他優惠或折扣一同使用。
    The Offer and Code cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. 
21. 優惠不含現金價值，在任何情况下亦不能贖回或兌換現金。
    The Offer and Code contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. 
22. 優惠不可轉讓或出售。透過未經授權渠道取得，或以任何方式毀壞、更改、複製、偽造、破壞、操縱或篡改的任何優惠將被視為無效。
    The Offer and Code cannot be transferred or resold. The Offer and Code obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
23. 我們保留最終決定權及更改所有關於優惠的權利。任何網站故障、優惠券誤差、任何電腦及通訊等設施故障、服務上之任何不足，以及因電郵或其他原因而導致之損失或損害，我們就上述情況一概不承擔任何責任。 
    We reserve the rights to make final decision and to make changes on all matters relating to the Offer and Code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.
