    About Chef Antonio Guida

    Hailed from a prestigious global culinary background prominently in France and Italy, Chef Antonio Guida, originally from Salento, presents an innovative and contemporary approach to Italian cuisine. Appointed in 2015 as the Executive Chef at Seta, one of Milan’s most coveted dining destinations, his culinary theatre will take diners on a voyage of discovery showcasing flavourful origins and refine techniques. Seta was awarded first Michelin star in 2015 just after opening in 4 months, and garnered the second Michelin star in 2016.
